Body Work

Although massage has long been considered to be "pampering" in the United States, many people are discovering that regular, therapeutic massage can improve their overall quality of life. Repetitive strain injuries from work, exercise, or daily life can plague even the most fit or active body.

Digestive distress, menstrual difficulties, fertility challenges, incontinence, and pain syndromes in the abdomen, pelvis, and low back should not be things we need to "learn to live with." My focus is on healing from the outside in, using the best of Eastern and Western massage techniques such as Abdominal Therapy, Gua Sha, myofascial release and positional stretching.

Mind Work

Health is so much more than just how your body feels. Understanding why your body feels a certain way, and making that fundamental mind/body connection is vital to being able to elicit change.

A quick consultation before, during, or after a bodywork session is sometimes not enough. Perhaps you want to understand on a deeper level, or want more concrete and hands-on education for your personal or professional resources. This is Mind Work.

Workshops are offered at varying locations, and can range from a couple of hours to a week-long professional training retreat.
